You will have a culture already, but it’s probably not everything you want. We can help you figure out what’s working well (so you can cultivate it) and what you need to change to better suit your strategy.

Without an intentional plan, your culture will just be an extension of the founder’s personalities - the good and the bad. Nobody’s perfect, but when you see your staff start to demonstrate your own worst habits it can be confronting. We’ll help you get in front of that, so you can be your best self, and so can they.

Our services are designed to help support you as you grow by building your internal capacity in three core areas: finding talent, building systems, and supporting people. From recruitment through to conflict resolution, coaching through to process design, we’ve got your back. 

One of the hardest things to manage as you grow your business is quickly building your—and your team’s—skills and internal capacity, without losing your mind. This is why we’ve developed scalable solutions, which we call our DIY+ model. For most of our services, you can either choose to do it yourself (with our templates and guides), let us handle everything (communicating with you every step of the way), or do something in between (for example, using a template alongside some personalised coaching). This way, you can scale our support up or down depending on your ever-changing needs. It’s flexible, buildable scaffolding… with added ducks.
