In this online introduction to the Magic Triad leadership model, you will learn how warmth, power and competence help you lead with trust, authority and respect. We will look at what your current leadership approach is based on, and how you might continue to develop your practice.
When you are able to flexibly and skillfully alter your leadership approach, you will find decisions are easier to make, communication is more effective, and people naturally and easily want to come with you on the journey.
Our online training programs are based on a flipped classroom model - we'll share some prior reading and videos with you and then spend the majority of our time together practicing the skills. This allows us to maximise your learning, giving you the opportunity to use your new skills in a safe and feedback rich environment before you head back to work to use them in the real world.
