Our comprehensive onboarding process takes you through all the assets you need to review and/or create to give people a seamless experience. From the moment people accept your offer, through to being fully integrated into the company, we’ll take you through the step-by-step process that will ensure they feel safe, supported, and excited to be working with you. You can choose to fly solo with our DIY templates (designed to minimise manual admin as much as possible), get some more support with our DIY+ model, or have us handle everything with The Full Franky.
